With 30 years in the aesthetic industry and 20 years in medical aesthetics, Cynthia brings extensive experience in leadership, operations, and patient experience. After 15 years as a Medical Aesthetic Injector, she now works primarily behind the scenes in practice management and education, helping build strong teams, elevate patient care, and mentor within the medical aesthetic industry. Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her family and two grandchildren, who mean the world to her.
